Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Germany. Additional EU countries may be added gradually; available destinations will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times
1–2 business days after payment.
5–12 business days within Germany.
Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the origin or destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or shipping discounts will be shown there.
Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, partial shipments may occur for logistical reasons. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
Shipping Address and Delivery
- Please provide a complete and correct shipping address.
- Address changes are only possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Contact: support@clubeboss.com.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually make another attempt or leave the package at a pickup point.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, refusal, or failure to collect may be resent. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
Delays and Force Majeure
Despite careful planning, delivery delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, customs, high demand). Such events are considered force majeure. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Transport Damage
Please inspect the package upon delivery. Report any obvious transport damage to the carrier and inform us immediately at support@clubeboss.com, ideally with photo or video evidence.
Warranty and Withdrawal
Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on the 14-day right of withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
Packaging Act (VerpackG)
We comply with the requirements of the German Packaging Act. Information regarding the return and disposal of packaging is available upon request from customer service.
