Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Full details and a cancellation form template can be found in our Cancellation Policy. This policy supplements but does not replace your statutory rights.

2. Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and—wherever possible—in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
  • Returns sent without prior contact may result in processing delays.

3. How the Return Process Works

  1. Contact our customer service at kundenservice@clubeboss.eu with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions (including the return address) via email.
  3. Ship the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We will process the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment—whichever occurs first.
  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time to reflect the balance.

6. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance at kundenservice@clubeboss.eu. Alternatively, we will refund your purchase upon return, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please report it within 7 days of delivery to kundenservice@clubeboss.eu with photo or video evidence. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, clearly worn, or damaged (unless the defect existed upon delivery).
  • For hygiene reasons: unsealed hygiene, cosmetic, or body-contact products.
  • Personalized items or goods made to customer specifications.
